God almighty. If you’re reading this, you might as well jump off a bridge. I typically discuss software technology and business and legal implications of technology and marketing (or the failures thereof). Sound interesting? You need help. Seriously.

Well at least can we just collectively start ignoring her.
I’m so freaking over the whiney little I’m more important then everyone else brat…
I was in a waiting room where they had headline news on, and I see a story about how her civil rights have been violated, and how going to jail for 90 days is cruel and unusual punishment etc… I’m over it…

Mean while in iran, Sakineh Mohammadi-Ashtiani, was awaiting her sentence of stoning, for adultery, the iranian government now says, she will not be stoned, but they also have not said what will become of her, it is implied that she’ll still be executed, just not by being stoned, just by some more modern method like beheading with a dull knife.

I have an idea, why don’t we just do one of those swaps, just like the did with those Russian spies, straight up trade, Lindsay Lohan for Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, then she can cry cruel and unusual punishment…

BTW this will be my last ever post on Ms Lohan, and I do believe in the death penalty for murderers and child molesters…

I can’t find one person that thinks this is a good move. Oh well. We’ll get to listen to more net radio from Pakistan and Korea, chock full of anti-American ads.

So, this article on MSNBC purports to say the DOJ sided with Microsoft by rejecting a complaint filed by Google against Windows Vista. The article follows the same rhetorical shlock I’ve heard so often that I’m ready to puke when I heard it again: which says that Vista is built from the ground up to make it difficult to use Google apps. Bullshit! Complete, 100%, total, absolute, male cow manure.

Not only does IE7 work just fine with Google plug-ins, it even upgrades from XP with Google search defaults in tact. It does. It has every time I’ve done that. I’ve yet to find one single product or service of Google that works on XP but not on Vista. Not one. In fact, the only web-based app I’ve had a bad time with is posting to my blog (WordPress) from Vista/IE7. I have to use Firefox (on Vista), to post. I’m glad the DOJ could see through their own misgivings about Microsoft to make a logical decision. There’s hope for continued “justice” and “fairness”. I’m not saying it’s already here. Just that it’s still possible.
