Open To All Traffic

When you have to go to the D.C. Area, and you are alone in the car and traffic is stopped, there is nothing better to see then the HOV lanes open to all traffic.
Actually I took this in case I got stopped, and the sign was wrong, was pretty sure a cop would believe me [...]
