Now if I am a highway worker, I don’t want the average moron out there, that drive around with their cell phone glued to their ear like they are sitting at home in the living room… Grabbing their cell phone for more information on how to drive safely…

Area, and you are alone in the car and traffic is stopped, there is nothing better to see then the HOV lanes open to all traffic.
Actually I took this in case I got stopped, and the sign was wrong, was pretty sure a cop would believe me if I had a picture… But I drove by several State Troopers, and they didn’t bat an eye.
